MaxPreps regional high school football computer rankings: Southwest region

Carroll uses big district win over Trinity to move into rankings.

While many teams in the MaxPreps southwest region football computer rankings had byes last week, Carroll (Southlake, Texas) used a big district win to move into this week's rankings.

The Dragons knocked off Trinity (Euless, Texas) 42-28 to up their record to 4-1. The loss was also the first of the season for Trinity.

The regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps National Football Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. The Southwest region includes teams from Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona.
