The nation's longest high school volleyball state championship win streak came to an end in 2023 leaving
Skutt Catholic (Omaha, Neb.) with the longest active title win streak at nine in a row.
Bayside Academy (Daphne, Ala.), under the guidance of Ann Schilling, the state's all-time winningest coach, did not reach the state finals during the 2023 season. That ends a run for 21 state championships from 2002 to 2022. Bayside Academy holds the longest state title win streak of all-time, holding a three-year lead over No. 2
Bishop England (Charleston, S.C.) which previously held the record with 18.
Skutt Catholic, meanwhile, won its ninth straight Class B state championship in Nebraska and holds the longest active win streak in the nation heading into the 2024 season.
Bayside Academy and Skutt Catholic are listed on MaxPreps latest update in its National High School Volleyball Record Book.
