MaxPreps Top 25 Regional High School Football Computer Rankings: West Region

Centennial moves into No. 3 spot in rankings, to face No. 2 St. John Bosco.

Centennial (Corona, Calif.) defeated Bishop Amat (La Puente, Calif.) in the Pac-5 Division playoffs in the Southern Section and moved past De La Salle (Concord, Calif.) into the No. 3 position in the West Region Football Computer Rankings this week.

Centennial will take on No. 2 St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) for the Pac-5 Division championship this week. The winner of that game could face De La Salle (Concord) in the CIF Open Division Bowl Game in three weeks. De La Salle would be a candidate for that game if it defeats Pittsburg in the North Coast Section Division I championship game this week.

Regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps Computer Rankings. The West Regional rankings consist of teams from Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Utah.
