Bergen Catholic (Oradell, N.J.) remains the top team while Paramus Catholic (N.J.) is No. 2 and Archbishop Wood (Warminster, Pa.) is No. 3.
The regional rankings are based on the
MaxPreps Computer Rankings.
The Northeast region includes teams from Pennsylvania, Connecticut,
Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York,
Rhode Island and Vermont.
