Ocean Lakes jumped from No. 15 all the way up to No. 4 after the first week while Spartanburg went from being unranked to entering the rankings at No. 8.
The regional rankings are based on the
MaxPreps Computer Rankings. The South region includes teams from Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Washington D.C., Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
