The 2019 NFL Draft, which kicks off Thursday with the first round, figures to offer plenty more interesting tidbits. If it goes as projected, facts such as:
• Kyler Murray, from
Allen (Texas), would be the fifth quarterback from the Lone Star state taken with the first pick since 2009.
• Defensive lineman
Quinnen Williams of
Wenonah (Birmingham, Ala.), will give Alabama its eighth Top 10 pick since 2009.
