The Central Coast Section, Northern Section and Sac-Joaquin Section each concluded seasons over the weekend. Last standing this season is the North Coast Section, with fields that include No. 2 College Park, No. 3 De La Salle and No. 5 Monte Vista.

1. Saint Francis (Mountain View) (Last week 1) 29-5
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Lancers beat Los Gatos 5-2 in the much-anticipated CCS Open Division championship to win a title for the second time in three seasons. Saint Francis also won the Boras Baseball Classic, the WCAL regular-season and postseason titles.

2. College Park (Pleasant Hill) (2) 24-4
Section: North Coast
League: Diablo Valley
Update: The Falcons beat Berkeley 3-2 and Liberty (Brentwood) 7-2 in NCS D-I play to set up a semifinal against No. 3 De La Salle. Joe DeMers is in the running for National Player of the Year honors.

3. De La Salle (Concord) (4) 18-8
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The Spartans beat Castro Valley 6-0 and Foothill (Pleasanton) 3-2 in NCS D-I play as Joe Vranesh had big games. Next is Amador Valley (Pleasanton) in a semifinal. Looming on the other side of the bracket is No. 2 College Park.

4. Elk Grove (5) 24-10
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Thundering Herd swept No. 8 St. Mary's 5-0 and 5-2 to win the program's ninth D-I title and sixth since 2003 under coach Jeff Carlson, who also has eight D-I North championships in the same span. Team leaders included senior brothers Nick Madrigal and Ty Madrigal and junior Fullerton-commit Dylan Carlson, son of the coach.

5. Monte Vista (Danville) (6) 18-8
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The Mustangs beat Logan (Union City) 2-0 and Clayton Valley Charter (Concord) 3-2 to set up a semifinal showdown with College Park.

6. Los Gatos (3) 30-6
Section: Central Coast
League: Santa Clara Valley
Update: The Wildcats beat Carlmont (Belmont) in a semifinal before falling to top-ranked Saint Francis 5-2 in the finals, capping a banner season.

7. St. Mary's (Stockton) (8) 21-14
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Tri-City Athletic
Update: The Rams won their seventh successive D-I South title before losing to No. 4 Elk Grove in a two-game sweep in the Finals, 5-0 and 5-2.

8. Granite Bay (9) 19-12
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Sierra Foothill
Update: The Grizzlies were the upstarts of the SJS D-I North field, beating Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove), Jesuit (Carmichael), Elk Grove and Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills), before falling to Elk Grove in two games in the North finals.

9. Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills) (10) 25-6
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Sierra Foothill
Update: The Trojans started strong in the SJS D-I North playoffs before losing to Granite Bay 6-0 and Elk Grove 8-3. Stars such as Tyson Solis and Ryan Sullivan had big seasons.

10. Soquel (11) 24-6
Section: Central Coast
League: Santa Cruz Coast
Update: The Knights beat Valley Christian (San Jose) 1-0 and San Benito 2-1 in CCS Open play before falling to top-ranked Saint Francis 7-1.

11. Valley Christian (San Jose) (12) 22-8
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Warriors lost to Soquel in the CCS playoffs 1-0 to end an otherwise terrific season.

12. Wilcox (Santa Clara) (13) 22-12
Section: Central Coast
League: De Anza
Update: The Chargers tied Los Gatos for the league title, then beat No. 14 Serra in CCS Open play 5-2 before falling to top-ranked Saint Francis 2-0.

13. Serra (San Mateo) (14) 18-10
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Padres lost to No. 13 Wilcox in the first round of CCS Open play after a strong season otherwise.

14. Vintage (Napa) (15) 23-7
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Monticello Empire
Update: The Crushers won the MEL and beat No. 16 Franklin in the SJS playoffs before losing to Oak Ridge 7-2 and Elk Grove 7-0.

15. Franklin (Elk Grove) (16) 22-7
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Wildcats tied Elk Grove and Jesuit for league-title honors, opened the D-I playoffs with a 9-0 victory over Napa and then lost to Vintage 5-3, capping a standout career for four-year starting shortstop/leadoff hitter Hank LoForte, headed to Fullerton.

16. Archbishop Mitty (San Jose) (17) 20-11
Section: Central Coast
League: West Catholic Athletic
Update: The Monarchs fell to St. Francis (Watsonville) in CCS play, closing out the career of coach Bill Hutton.

17. San Benito (Hollister) (18) 21-8
Section: Central Coast
League: Monterey Bay
Update: The Haybalers beat Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville) 8-7 in 11 innings in CCS playoff action, then Bellarmine Prep (San Jose) 13-3 before falling to Soquel 2-1.

18. Redwood (Larkspur) (22) 25-3
Section: North Coast
League: Marin County
Update: The Giants beat Northgate in NCS action as Tyler Peck tossed a two-hitter then beat Arroyo (San Lorenzo) 5-1 and will meet Pinole Valley (Pinole) in a semifinal.

19. Marin Catholic (Kentfield) (NR) 20-8
Section: North Coast
League: Marin County
Update: The Wildcats overcame a 4-3 loss to No. 18 Redwood to beat Dublin 6-5 and Alameda 4-0 to set up a D-II semifinal against No. 22 Livermore.

20. Jesuit (Carmichael) (20) 19-9
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Delta
Update: The Marauders lost to Granite Bay 5-4 in the SJS D-I North playoffs, ending the career of Tanner Dodson, a slugger and pitcher headed to Cal.

21. Amador Valley (Pleasanton) (NR) 17-9
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The Dons beat San Leandro 4-2 and San Ramon Valley 2-1 in NCS D-I play and take on De La Salle on Wedneday in a semifinal.

22. Livermore (NR) 16-10
Section: North Coast
League: East Bay
Update: The Cowboys beat Kennedy (Fremont) 13-1 and Concord 6-1 in NCS D-II playoff action and now play No. 19 Marin Catholic (Kentfield) in the semifinals.

23. Roseville (23) 20-12
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Capital Valley
Update: The Tigers won a competitive league race and then went 4-1 in the D-II playoffs, capped by a 1-0 victory over Vanden in the finals as Adam Erickson tossed a gem.

24. Vanden (Fairfield) (24) 22-9
Section: Sac-Joaquin
League: Solano County Athletic
Update: The Vikings won a league title and reached the SJS D-II finals, falling to No. 23 Roseville 1-0 in a pitching gem for both sides.

25. Sutter (25) 28-6
Section: Northern
League: Butte View
Update: The Huskies won the North Section D-III title with a 6-4 win over Lassen (Susanville), capping a 4-0 playoff showing. Brendon Nelson went 10-1 and Tyler Minton and Brett Ahlers each went 7-2.
