Rainier Beach scored the first eight points of the extra session to surge ahead 84-76 but the Mustangs battled back to cut the deficit to 86-85 with under one minute to go.

Trailing by one, Bishop McNamara missed a mid-range shot with approximately 30 seconds remaining before
Wesley Armstrong pulled down the rebound and shoved the pass to Stokes, who then through it the length of the floor to Crawford for a fast-break reverse layup to extend the lead to three.
Following a turnover from McNamara with approximately 20 seconds remaining, Rainier Beach again found Stokes for a transition layup to extend the lead 91-85.
Stokes shot 11 of 25 from the field, 6 of 14 from 3-point range and 9 of 12 from the free throw line in the victory while Crawford shot 13 of 20 from the floor and 6 of 13 from 3-point range.
In the final minute of regulation, Stokes made a pair of free throws to put Rainier Beach ahead 76-74 before Indiana signee Prince Alexander-Moody tied things up with a left-handed layup with 17 seconds to go.
Rainier Beach turned it over twice and McNamara turned it over once in the final 17 seconds of regulation, with neither team getting off a game-winning shot attempt.
The back-and-forth affair saw 11 ties and nine lead changes.

Kirby Duran chipped in a team-high 21 points on 8 of 13 from the field and 5 of 7 from 3-point range while sophomore
Khyair Phillips chipped in 19 points on 8 of 10 from the field in the loss.

Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, Md.). The Mustangs have have a record of 3-11 since they started the season 5-0 and jumped to No. 2 in the MaxPreps Top 25.
