14. (14) Pershing (Detroit), 15-0Kahlil Felder is apparently healthy again, and that's big for the Doughboys. The senior point guard led Pershing with 20 points in a 71-59 win over Denby (Detroit) last week.

(16) Blanche Ely (Pompano Beach, Fla.), 18-1The Tigers defeated a very good Deerfield Beach team – for the second time this season – on Saturday in the final of the Broward County Athletic Association Big 8 Tournament. It marked Blanche Ely's eighth title in the event since 2002 under head coach Melvin Randall.
