DL – Chase Varnado, 5-10, 200, Stephenville (Texas), Senior
Varnado
helped Stephenville win a state championship against El Campo. He
finished the regular season with 81 tackles, 30 for loss, with nine
sacks, an interception and a blocked punt.
DL – Trent Smart, 6-3, 220, Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, Ohio), Senior
The state Division IV Player of the Year, Smart had 4.5 sacks and 53 tackles on the season while leading Clinton-Massie to a state title. He is committed to Ohio.
DL – Cole Hunt, 6-7, 240, El Campo (Texas), Senior
The Class 3A State Defensive Player of the Year, Hunt helped lead El Campo to the state championship game. He was also All-Greater Houston and had 82 tackles, 15 sacks and five knockdowns during the regular season.
DL – DJ Jones, 6-1, 288, Wren (Piedmont, S.C.), Senior
Jones was selected the Class 3A Defensive Player of the Year by High School Sports Report. He had 112 tackles, 41 for loss, with 11 sacks, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.
LB – Tyrell Robinson, 6-4, 205, Lincoln (San Diego), Senior

Named to the San Diego All-Section Team, Robinson had 111 tackles, 12.5 sacks and two interceptions. He is committed to Oregon and played in the Semper Fidelis All-American Game.
LB – Sean Constantine, 6-2, 228, Bellevue (Wash.), Senior
Constantine joined Myles Jack to form one of the best linebacking tandems in the country. The Washington commit earned All-State honors from the Seattle Times.
LB – Korie Rogers, 6-2, 200, Buford (Ga.), Junior
The defensive leader for the Class 3A state champions, Rogers was the State Defensive Player of the Year with 110 tackles, 12 for loss, seven sacks and four interceptions.
LB – Dante Booker, 6-4, 215, St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, Ohio), Junior
The Division III State Defensive Player of the Year by the Associated Press, Booker led St. Vincent-St. Mary to a state title. He finished with 72 tackles, six sacks and two interceptions.
LB – Melvin Jones, 6-4, 240, Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, La.), Senior

Jones earned Class 4A All-State honors and had 66 tackles during the season. He is committed to LSU.
DB – Adoree' Jackson, 5-10, 175, Serra (Gardena, Calif.), Junior
Jackson made 56 tackles and picked off five passes in helping Serra win the California Division II Bowl Game. He was named the Mission League MVP on defense.
DB - Priest Willis, 6-2, 190, Marcos de Niza (Tempe, Ariz.), Senior
A participant in the Under Armour All-American Game, Willis had 55 tackles and a pair of interceptions on the season. He landed on the Arizona Republic All-State Team.
DB – Lester Thomas, 5-11, 170, Godby (Tallahassee, Fla.), Senior
Thomas played on Godby's Class 5A state championship team, making 74 tackles and picking off eight passes while earning Class 5A All-State honors.
DB – Shaquille Wiggins, 5-10, 160, Sandy Creek (Tyrone, Ga.), Senior
Besides earning All-Class 4A honors and helping Sandy Creek win a state title, Wiggins also played in the Under Armour All-American Game. He finished with three interceptions on the season.
P – Aaron Medley, 6-2, 160, Marshall County (Lewisburg, Tenn.), Junior
Medley earned a spot on the All-MidState Football Team by the Tennesseean after averaging 45 yards per punt with a long of 61 yards.
