Jesuit (Carmichael, Calif.), to a 1-1 tie, giving coach Ashley Yudin a very nice 41st wedding anniversary present. Jesuit had won its previous 68 consecutive matches, which was the nation's longest active winning streak.

East Boston (Mass.).
MUGGSY BOGUES TO COACH HIGH SCHOOL TEAMTyrone "Muggsy" Bogues has been hired as head boys basketball coach at
Faith Christian Academy (Boonsboro, Md.). Bogues was the point guard for 1982-83 national champion Dunbar (Baltimore) and later played 14 years in the NBA at 5-foot-3.

Sadie Edwards, a 5-10 junior, has transferred from Mercy (Middletown, Conn.) to Nazareth (Brooklyn, N.Y.), according to the New Haven Register. She averaged 16.5 points and seven assists last year while leading Mercy to state runner-up honors in Class LL.

Bronson Koenig, a 6-2 junior point guard, has chosen the University of Wisconsin over North Carolina and Duke, according to the La Crosse Tribune. He averaged 17 points a game last year while leading
Aquinas (La Crosse, Wis.) to the Division 3 state title.

Jamee Swan has made a commitment to the University of Colorado, according to the Arizona Republic. The 6-3 standout averaged 19.6 points and 13.4 rebounds as a junior for
Marana (Tucson, Ariz.).

Jackie Johnson of
Eden Prairie (Minn.) will attend the University of Minnesota. The 6-2 senior averaged 14.2 points last year.
