The former star of
Friday Night Tykes is now a key contributor for the unbeaten
Judson (Converse, Texas) team that is 8-0 and ranked No. 10 in the state by
MaxPreps.
Now a 5-foot-8, 150-pound sophomore, Miller is a starting defensive back for the Rockets and in six games — he missed a couple contests with an injury — he has 23 tackles and five pass deflections.
Also a running back and returner, Miller has 17 career carries for 78 yards and a touchdown.
Before high school, Miller earned the nicknames "Black Dynamite" and "Miller Time," while playing for the
San Antonio Dynamites youth team which was featured on the popular reality TV show.
