The Blue Knights raced to a 39-29 halftime lead on the strength of a 26-point second period.
With Democracy Prep up 65-63, Holton got the equalizer on a layup with 16 seconds left in regulation.
In double overtime, freshman Brewer hit two free throws to give Gorman a 79-76 edge with 12.2 seconds remaining.
