MaxPreps 2015-16 Oklahoma preseason high school girls basketball Fab 5, presented by the Army National Guard

1. Broken Arrow
Head coach: Mike Hughes
2014-15 record: 24-5

The Tigers return the top two scorers from last year's team that won the Class 6A state championship. Alexis Gaulden earned first team Class 6A all-state honors by the Oklahoman. She averaged 14.7 points per game as junior to lead the team. Aysia Evans earned honorable mention all-state honors as a junior after averaging 13 points per game.

2. Muskogee
Head coach: Doyle Rowland
2014-15 record: 25-4

The Roughers reached the Class 6A state championship game, falling to Broken Arrow in overtime. Muskogee returns a tremendous trio of scorers in senior Jada Ford, senior Aaliyah Wilson and junior Trena Mims. Ford and Wilson had nearly identical scoring totals of 19.5 and 19.3 respectively. Mims was also in double figures with 11.2 points per game. Wilson was a first-team Class 6A all-state player by the Oklahoman and was named the Super 5 State Player of the Year, while Ford was honorable mention.

3. Choctaw
Head coach: Ryan Maloney
2014-15 record: 17-6

The Yellowjackets reached the Class 6A semifinals last year, falling in overtime to Muskogee, 67-63. Choctaw has one of the state's top scorers in junior guard Ana Llanusa, who averaged 22 points per game as a sophomore while earning Super 5 All-State honors.

4. Sapulpa
Head coach: Darlean Calip
2014-15 record: 22-5

Sapulpa exited the Class 6A state playoffs after the first round. Still, the Chieftains return their top two scorers from last year in Chelsea Dungee and Brice Calip, both seniors. Dungee led the team with 16.5 points per game, although she only played 14 games on the season. Calip averaged 15 points over the entire season. Both earned honorable mention all-state honors.

5. Midwest City
Head coach: Art Bode
2014-15 record: 18-6

Midwest City lost in the first round of the state tournament to Choctaw and also had an earlier playoff loss to Sapulpa. But the Bombers have two of the top returning players in Class 6A in guards Asia Davis and Chinna Fair. Both earned all-state honorable mention honors from the Oklahoman, with Davis averaging 14.5 points per game and Fair putting in 10.1 points an outing.
