Gary Bryant Jr., Centennial (Corona, Calif.) — Uncommitted No. 103 overall in Class of 2020 and No. 11 rated athleteI'm not sure if any player is going to skyrocket this year as much as Bryant Jr. He's one of the most explosive playmakers in high school football and he showed that against one of the top teams in the country this past weekend. He led the Inland Empire power to a 35-13 win over the back-to-back Arizona 6A state champs — Chandler (Ariz.). He hauled in nine receptions for 264 yards and all three of his touchdowns came from 50-plus yards.
Spencer Rattler, Pinnacle (Phoenix) — 2019 Oklahoma commitNo. 22 overall in Class of 2019 and No. 1 rated quarterbackExpect to see the future Sooner on this list a lot this year. He is one of the best playmaking quarterbacks in the country. The 5-star gunslinger put on a show against Perry (Ariz.), throwing for 338 yards and added another 58 yards on the ground to go with five total touchdowns in Pinnacle's 59-33 win.

The 2019 Michigan commit started 2018 just how he finished 2017. He led the Lynx to a 47-14 season opening win over Rosa Fort (Tunica, Miss.), rushing for 248 yards and three scores. It was the ninth consecutive game of at least 200 yards for the future Wolverine.
Jake Smith, Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, Ariz.) — 2019 Texas commitNo. 87 overall in Class of 2019 and No. 17 wide receiverThe 4-star wide receiver from Arizona had a better half than most people do games. It was the 28th consecutive win for the back-to-back Georgia 5A state champs and the Wolves were one of four new teams to join this week's
Xcellent 25 rankings presented by the Army National Guard.
Harrison Bailey, Marietta (Ga.) — UncommittedNo. 54 overall in Class of 2020 and No. 4 pro style quarterbackDespite falling short against Rome in the Corky Kell Classic, Marietta's Bailey showed why he is one of the top quarterbacks in the country. The 4-star running back rushed for 192 yards and three scores — 165 coming in the second half — to help the defending CIF Southern Section Division-II champs pull away late.
Henry To'oto'o, De La Salle (Concord, Calif.) — UncommittedNo. 39 overall in Class of 2019 and No. 2 outside linebackerA lot of people thought this would be the year that a Northern California team could beat De La Salle. Instead, the Spartans handed Folsom its first shutout loss since 2004 with a 14-0 win. To'oto'o led the way with 10 tackles and recovered two fumbles in one of the biggest games of the weekend. The Spartans moved up a few spots in this week's Top 25 from 18 to 15.
