Johnny Huntley's 6-yard touchdown grab with 55 seconds remaining helped South Plantation overcome a 12-7 deficit and secure one of the biggest upsets of the season so far.
The loss is even more stunning given that Flanagan had a bye week last week, giving the team two weeks to prepare for a South Plantation squad that entered with a 2-1 record.
Flanagan will look to rebound next weekend against Western. It still has games against the likes of Cypress Bay and St. Thomas Aquinas this season.
South Plantation will look to keep its momentum against Miramar.
