The loss dropped De La Salle from No. 8 to No. 16 while East rose from No. 21 to No. 9.
Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) held on to the No. 1 ranking and has a 13-point advantage over second-place Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.).
The regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps National Football Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. The West region consists of teams from Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Utah.
