Daniel Norris, Science Hill (Johnson City, Tenn.)Norris was the Gatorade State Player of the Year in 2011 and was also a MaxPreps All-American. He was rated the No. 1 pitching prospect in the country at one point during his senior season.
Norris was drafted in the second round by the Toronto Blue Jays and he recently was promoted to the AA New Hampshire Fisher Cats. He was 6-0 for Dunedin with a 1.22 ERA before the promotion.
