If John Marshall wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Owatonna, they should've done a better job of containing Tristan Graham*. The Huskies enjoyed a cozy 25-7 win over the Rockets on Friday thanks in part to Graham*, who rushed for 191 yards and three TDs while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 113.4 rushing yards per game.

The victory made it two in a row for Owatonna and bumps their season record up to 2-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 21 points in those games. As for John Marshall, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Owatonna will venture away from home to challenge Northfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for John Marshall, they will square off against Mayo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
