The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
 Hannibal saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Addison Friday, who  went 2-for-4 with one  double.
Hannibal's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Palmyra, their win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 2-11.
As of now, neither Hannibal nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
