  Devin Gonor spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on seven hits. Those seven  innings set a new season-high mark for him.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Brendan McClure, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Braden Sellz, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances.
 Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for El Camino Real, they now  have a winning record of 7-6.
