Korbin Schmidt Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Korbin Schmidt produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Lubbock T to the win on Saturday. Schmidt rushed for 230 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per carry, and also threw for 138 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 passes. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (118). He didn't just play on offense: he also made six total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended a pass.
Stephenville FAITH had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Schmidt it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Schmidt saw the Knights), he rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also caught a touchdown.

He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 59 yards.
