Glencoe waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They took their game with ease, bagging a 45-14 victory over the Locust Fork Hornets. For the Yellowjackets, this counts as revenge for the 55-39 win the Hornets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.
Glencoe got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Alex Hudson Jr out in front who rushed for 125 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries. Hudson Jr's longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayman Mintz, who threw for 178 yards and three TDs on only 14 passes.
