The Crossroads Roadrunners entered their tilt with the San Marino Titans with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Crossroads came out on top against San Marino by a score of 53-43 on Thursday. Given Crossroads' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 71st, while San Marino is ranked 276th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Lulu Chahinian continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jiselle Frerichs, who scored 10 points.
Crossroads' win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for San Marino, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
Crossroads will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Beverly Hills at 6:00 p.m. on December 2nd. As for San Marino, they will square off against Maranatha at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
