They fell just short of the Berries by a score of 2-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Golden Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Tipton came into Wednesday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Elwood 3-2. Tipton's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Oak Hill has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .456. It's a different story for Tipton, though, as they've only averaged .334. Will they be able to contain Oak Hill's hitters?
Oak Hill beat Tipton 9-6 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Will the Golden Eagles repeat their success, or do the Blue Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
