Conemaugh Valley's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sarah Miller, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Stiffler, who scored seven points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Ferndale has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Conemaugh Valley, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-13.
