The Upper Perkiomen Indians lost against the Phoenixville Phantoms back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Upper Perkiomen was beaten by Phoenixville 64-27. Upper Perkiomen was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-17.
Despite the loss, Upper Perkiomen still got an impressive performance from Erin States, who scored 14 points.
Upper Perkiomen's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-4. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.1 points per game. As for Phoenixville, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
