Hibbing took care of business in their home opener. They took their game against Eveleth-Gilbert on Thursday 22-10. That result is just more of the same for Hibbing, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win got Hibbing out to a 1-0 start for the season. The loss dropped Eveleth-Gilbert back to even at 1-1.
