Even though they lost, El Dorado smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Roseville unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They received a blow on Friday as they fell 48-34 to Lincoln. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row dating back to last season.
