This season hasn't been kind to the Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Mustangs, who are still winless after their 16th game. They were dealt a 66-14 defeat at the hands of Temecula Prep on Thursday. Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School has not had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Temecula Prep found their leader in underclassman Zylah Coleman, who almost dropped a triple-double on 19 points, 14 rebounds, and nine steals. Coleman is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabelle Alvarado, who scored 11 points along with four steals.
Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Temecula Prep, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.
