The City School Lions scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They really took it to Villa Victoria Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a  51-21 victory on the road. The City School has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three  matches by 20  points or more this season.
 The City School found their leader in underclassman  Maiya Porter, who  scored 19 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Porter has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Kaylee Suarez, who  scored ten points.
 The City School's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 6-4. As for Villa Victoria Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
 The City School will be playing in front of their home fans against Villa Victoria Academy at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Villa Victoria Academy, they will head out on the road to  square off against  The City School at 10:00  a.m. The City School's defense has only allowed 29.8  points per game this season, so Villa Victoria Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them.
