Coalinga is 9-1 against Tranquillity since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Horned Toads will be playing at home against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Coalinga has five straight victories, Tranquillity has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
On Tuesday, Coalinga beat Mendota 10-5.

With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1 stolen bases per game. Raymond 'Dozer' Flores Jr was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Tranquillity lost 16-2 to Dos Palos on Tuesday.

Tranquillity's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Coalinga has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .460. It's a different story for Tranquillity, though, as they've only averaged .360. Will they be able to contain Coalinga's hitters?
Everything went Coalinga's way against Tranquillity in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as Coalinga made off with an 18-1 win. Will the Horned Toads repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
