 In other batting news,  Alex Rosas and  Josiah Guerra did most of the damage at the plate:  Rosas  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, two  stolen bases,  and four  RBI, while  Guerra  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  triple. Rosas is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last seven games he's  played.  Roger Torres was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Orosi gave up the first  runs last Monday, but they didn't let that get them  down. They came out on top against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy by a score of  7-3. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Orosi.
 Orange Cove pushed their record up to 12-7 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for Orosi, their victory  ended  a  six-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 7-11.
