Del Mar's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zoey Hinkle, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. Hinkle is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Moana Tulua, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds and seven steals.
Del Mar has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Gilroy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.
