Mitchell posted their biggest victory since December 27, 2024 on Tuesday. They blew past the Medora Hornets 76-49. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bluejackets.

Medora lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Damian Salas, who posted 13 points along with eight boards and six assists. Hudson Johnson was another key player, putting up 16 points and five rebounds.

Mitchell's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Medora, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mitchell will challenge Perry Central at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Mitchell's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. As for Medora, they will face off against Pleasant View Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Medora is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.1 points per game this season.
