Lanier barely beat Norcross the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Longhorns blew past the Blue Devils 15-4 on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lanier's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Norcross, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lanier will take on Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Norcross, they will square off against Northview at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
