Lakewood put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 12-7 victory over the Rock Canyon Jaguars. 12 seems to be a good number for the Tigers as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Lakewood's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Rock Canyon, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakewood will take on Mountain Vista in a tournament on Thursday. As for Rock Canyon, they will be playing at home against Cherry Creek at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Jaguars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bruins have averaged an impressive 9.5 runs per game this season.
