Sioux City East entered their tilt with Atlantic on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Trojans. The Black Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Sioux City East's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-10. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Atlantic, their defeat dropped their record down to 26-13.
