Anthony Ponzio was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he tossed 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Thomas Stallworth and Dean Livingston did some serious damage despite the final result: Stallworth went 1-for-4 with one home run, while Livingston scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Prince Avenue Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. Hebron Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.
