Tulare Union and the Hawks are an even 5-5 against one another  since January of 2019, but  not for long. The Tulare Union The Tribe will head out on the road to  face off against  the Mission Oak Hawks at 7:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Tulare Union has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 10.
 Last Tuesday,  things could have been worse for Tulare Union, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a  48-33 loss to the Bullpups. Tulare Union has not had much luck with the Bullpups recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
 Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from  Mason Hatton, who  scored eight points. Another player making a difference was  Jazzlynn Miller, who  scored five points.
 Meanwhile, Mission Oak didn't have too much trouble with the Tigers on the road   on Tuesday as they won  49-31. Given Mission Oak's advantage  in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings  (they are ranked 265th, while the Tigers are ranked 897th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Tulare Union has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost nine of their last 11 matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 10-16 record this season. As for Mission Oak, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last eight contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.
 Tulare Union and the Hawks were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup  back in January, but the The Tribe came up empty-handed after a  46-45 defeat. Can Tulare Union avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
