The Mt. Pleasant Cardinals posted their biggest win yet this season on Thursday. They blew past Yerba Buena, posting a 53-15 victory on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mt. Pleasant.
It was another big night for Snowe DeLeon, who scored 23 points. Another player making a difference was Josefina Nyquist, who scored seven points.
Mt. Pleasant's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-11. As for Yerba Buena, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
Mt. Pleasant will head out on the road to face off against Overfelt at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Yerba Buena, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Gunderson at 7:00 p.m. on January 18th.
