Albany waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 17-5 margin over the De Anza Dons. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.
Lucian Murphy got the start for Albany and what a start it was: he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk).
At the plate, Albany let Dexter Johnson and Magnus Williams run wild.
