Rosamond's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Frazier Mountain Falcons with a sharp 19-7 win. The Roadrunners might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.
Ayden Katuszonek made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Katuszonek was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Zane Adams, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs, one double, and one RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Rosamond's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 3-13 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Luis Mendez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases and two runs.

Rosamond is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-13 record this season. As for Frazier Mountain, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-12.
