The California Grizzlies stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They breezed by Foothill at home to the tune of 76-25. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 50-16.
Leading California to victory were Lauren Yee and Sofie Addiego. Yee scored 15 points along with three steals, while Addiego scored 18 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Addiego also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Trinity Chu, who scored ten points.
California is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season. As for Foothill, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-8.
California does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Foothill also has no future games currently scheduled.
