Omaha Central got themselves on the board against Bryan on Monday, but Bryan never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Bears with a sharp  15-0 victory. Considering the Eagles have won seven games by more than seven  runs this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Edie Titus made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news, Omaha Central let  Nichole Palfini and  Mackenzie Simpson run wild. Palfini  went a perfect 4-for-4 with three  runs, three  doubles,  and three  RBI, while  Simpson  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  double. That's the most  RBI  Simpson has posted since back in August of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ada Jantzen, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Omaha Central  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 15  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bryan only managed two  hits.
Omaha Central's record now sits at 9-5. As for Bryan, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record  this season.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Omaha Central will  face off against  rival Columbus  at 6:30  p.m.  on  the 16th. Meanwhile, Bryan is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Lincoln High  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
