On Friday, North didn't have too much trouble with Vista del Lago on the road as they won 56-41.
When it comes to explaining why Vista del Lago lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ella Skrzyniarz. Despite the final result, she scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. The game was Skrzyniarz's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Ursula Chen was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
North's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-5. As for Vista del Lago, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.
North won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Pleasant Grove at 10:30 a.m. on December 9th. Hopefully Pleasant Grove focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Friday. As for Vista del Lago, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bear River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
