Seavy Thea held things down on the boards with 15 rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.
Apostles Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Averroes, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Apostles Lutheran will take on Oakwood at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Averroes, they will head out on the road to take on Cristo Rey De La Salle at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
