Clayton Valley Charter found their leader in underclassman Deoujenea Clay, who scored 28 points along with 8 rebounds and 6 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Clay has scored at least 25% of Clayton Valley Charter's points. Ella Scott was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Despite the loss, Dougherty Valley still got an impressive performance from Mikala Caston, who scored 27 points along with 6 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Samaira Bakshi, who scored 8 points.
