Los Molinos has gone a perfect 10-0 against Redding Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will face off against the Lions at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Redding Christian will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Los Molinos extended their winning streak to six last Friday. The Bulldogs' pitchers stepped up to hand Burney a 24-0 shutout.

Harrison Hamre was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was even better at the plate, going 3-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.
In other pitching news, Karson Fox looked comfortable as he went a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI and one run. Those four hits gave him a new career-high.
Back at the plate, Dakota DeMarco was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one double. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Izick Nelson, who went 2-for-4 with four runs and two RBI.
Los Molinos was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .658. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Redding Christian rose to the challenge on Friday. They put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 10-2 victory. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Brodie Ogden made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and not a single walk). He has become a key player for Redding Christian: the team is 5-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-5 otherwise. Ogden was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Caleb Zick, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.
Los Molinos pushed their record up to 21-6 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Redding Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.
Los Molinos came out on top in a nail-biter against Redding Christian in their previous meeting back in April, sneaking past 2-0. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
