Baseball Game Preview: Pacheco Panthers vs. Grace Davis Spartans

For the second straight game, Pacheco will face off against Grace Davis. The Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Pacheco took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 12-9 win over Grace Davis. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Nathan Rogers was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
